What this partnership covers
ECM, or enterprise content management, goes beyond simply filing documents. It covers the complete life cycle of a document: its creation, approval, distribution, retention and archiving.
This alliance broadens what we can offer in this field, alongside our certified M-Files partnership. It follows the same logic as our other alliances: working with recognised software vendors rather than building everything ourselves.
What does not change
Your contact stays the same. Functional analysis, configuration, training and support are still provided from La Tour-de-Trême, by the people who know your installation.
